MIUI10 for Mi device
For installing miui 10 or any global rom first you need two things to a install rom. first of all you need to unlock bootloader and then you need to install TWRP recovery mode.

after completing both of these points, now you can install your favourite rom that you're craze for month!
then you need a laptop/desktop with good internet connection.here is a list of xiaomi devices.find your device from this list and checkout the rom_name of your device.
after completing the download then connect your device with your laptop/desktop via usb cable.
Follow these steps
1. grab your phone and power off the phone and then press (power off+volume up) button for 10-12second to go to recovery mode.2. after the recovery mode popped up then swipe to allow modifications.
3.if you're already on miui 10 then you don't need to wipe your device and if not then backup your contacts and needed file and then wipe everything from your device.
4.go to reboot section and tap on recovery mode.
5. after rebooting to recovery mode go to your laptop/desktop and grab the download file(your_rom.zip) and paste it to your device storage section.
6.now disconnect your device from computer and in twrp- go to "install>storage> your_ram.zip" and then the rom should be installed correctly if you don't do any mistake. dont do anything while the rom is installing...sometime it takes 20-30mins to install the rom.
***charge must be up to 50% while installing the rom and patience must be 💯% ^_^ ***
Must read: For an example my device name is "mi5" and my rom name is "xiaomi.eu_multi_MI5_8.8.9_v10-8.0.zip" . your rom name could be different than mine one if it is not mi5. you must be very careful with this step otherwise your device would not be compatible with other device's rom.
